H.E. Darwish Ismail AL Bulushi
His Excellency is the Minister Responsible for Financial Affairs and Deputy Chairman of Omran.He started his career in 1974, working in several positions in the Government sector. During 1995-2006, he worked as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance. He then gained experience working as the Secretary General of the Ministry up to March 2011, before being appointed as the Minister responsible for Financial Affairs following the issuance of the Royal Decree 31/2011 regarding restructuring the Council of Ministers. In addition to his current position and responsibilities at the Ministry of Finance and on the board of Omran, H.E. holds a number of other positions including being the Chairman of Board of Directors of Oman Housing Bank and Oman Air.

Dr. bin Hamad Al Rumhy also serves as the Chairman of Petroleum Development Oman, LLC, the Chairman of The Board of Oman LNG L.L.C. He previously served as the Chairman of Oman Refineries and Petrochemicals Company LLC and as Vice Chairman of Oman Oil Company S.A.O.C.

H.E. Dr. Ali Masood AL Sunaidi
HE Dr. Ali bin Masoud Al Sunaidy was appointed as Minister of Commerce and Industry in February 2012 and subsequently, as Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Planning. Prior to his latest appointments, he was Minister of Sports Affairs, commencing October 2004. From May 1996 until October 2004, he served as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. His Excellency received his PhD in Economics from the University of Hull (UK), and obtained a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Bristol (UK) in 2000. HE Al Sunaidy was awarded a bachelor’s degree of science in industrial engineering from the University of Miami (Florida) in 1988.
H.E. Sh. Abdullah Nasser AL Bakri
HE Abdullah bin Nasser Abdullah Al Bakri was born in 1965 and received a BA in Arts in Lebanon and an MA in Management Systems in the UK. He was first appointed Director General of Regional Municipalities and the Environment in 1992, before taking the same position but moving from the Interior Region to the Al Batinah North Region instead in 1996. In 1997, he became the Director General of Technical Affairs before moving to Water Resources Affairs in 2001. He later became the Undersecretary for Water Resources Affairs in the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources in 2003 and then took over his appointed position as the Minister of Manpower in 2008.
