Jamila Al jabri holds the position of HR manager with KONE Assarain LLC. in Human Capital Development professional with over 9 years of experience in the field. She has worked with various organization and multinational organizations across the Sultanate. Her experience in different organizations has enabled her to break through boundaries and engage in a community that values diversity, innovation and openness to novel ideas. Dr. Jasim Murad Aal Muhammad

Jasim is a Strategic management expert and a certified executive coach. He has 20 years of work experience in Oman, Yemen, Pakistan, Kuwait, and the USA , California, Silicon Valley, in the area of Strategy, Leadership, Executive Development, and Business Development. He led diverse teams of up to 200 people in various sectors and industries such as Oilfield, Consultancy, Artificial Intelligence, Commercial agencies, Food, Logistics, State Owned, Startups, Waste Management, Manufacturing, leadership training, and local community companies. Jasim worked as CEO for many companies as well as Commercial General Manager. He served as a board member in Al Sawari and Truck Oman. Jasim started many startups, introduced many international companies to Oman, and grew business up to 106 per cenet. Jasim has developed various strategies and business plans for many companies such as Ulterra Drilling Technology, USA, Baker Hughes Oman, Weatherford Oil Tools Oman, United Engineering Services, MB Holding, Oman, Energy Teks , startup, and Basateen, State-Owned Enterprise. He is a member of the International Association for Strategy Professionals in Michigan, the Strategic Management Society in Chicago, the Academy of Management in New York, the British Academy of Management in London, and the European Academy of Management in Brussels. Jasim has BSc in Petroleum Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University, an MBA in Executive Development from the University of Bedfordshire, an MSc in Marketing in Customer Satisfaction from the University of Leicester, and an Executive Coaching Certification from Symbiosis Coaching. Jasim is currently submitting his thesis for PhD doctorate degree in Strategic Management in the field of managerial social capital, organizational capabilities, and competitive advantages at Heriot-Watt University.

HE Dr. Khalfan Said Al Shueali

HE Khamis Mohammed Al Hinai

Khamis AL Hinai is the Chief Executive Officer at Hormuz Energy Services. He has an MBA qualified entrepreneur and he is an oil and gas professional with extensive executive management experience and a successful track record of business growth and profitability for over 23 years along with substantial knowledge of oil and gas well engineering and enhanced oil recovery. He received several awards for new technology patented inventions and process enhancements. In 2002, he honored to be appointed as the first Omani Rig Manager in the country paving the way for Omani personnel to take over senior roles in the oil and gas drilling industry. Khamis completed his Engineering Degree from Caledonian University, Executive MBA from London Business School and CEO program from IMD and ICD. He started his Career working for MB Petroleum Services in 1994 and held the position of General Manager of Oman branch till March 2016. He then established a new Energy Services entrepreneurship SME (Hormuz Energy Services) and run it as a CEO with intensive focus on mobilizing innovative technologies and renewable energy.

Mr. Mattar Salim Al Badi

As young ambitious Omani and engineer and port operations professional, Mattar is from the north of Oman from Saham. He studied engineering in Sultan Qaboos University and graduated as a Mechatronics Engineer. After he graduated, he joined the Brazilian-based mining giant, Vale, to be a port operations professional leading the operations in its deep water bulk jetty in Suhar after spending sometime in Brazil.

Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Al Mahri

Mohamed Al Mahri is working as the CEO of Bin Muqdam Enterprises LLC .He is also the Chairman of Mirtaffat Shaleem trading and Contracting SAOG company since 2022.He holds a bachelors degree from Staffordshire University, UK and an MBA degree from the University of Bedfordshire. He started his career in a SME firm as project manager in Tilal Marmul Trading and Contracting Company. Then, he was appointed CEO of Bin Muqadam Enterprises in 2008. Mohamed also founded Oman Industry Transformer and Switch Gear Company in 2016 and another entrepreneurial venture called Smart solutions in 2016. His key abilities includes ability to lead and bring change in organizations and individuals, employee development, planning and execution of projects, development of entrepreneurial ventures and technical expertise in my areas of operations. Mohamed hold a number of memberships in Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry such as member properties committee and member service committee. He am also a social worker championing causes of youth development and promoting cultural heritage through moral and financial support.

Mr. Mohammed Hamed Al Hashmi

Mohammed Al Hashmi currently serves as the President of the Decision-Making Support Unit at the Cabinet of Ministers, where he evaluates strategic government policies and legislation by utilizing evidence-based analysis to facilitate effective decision-making. Prior to this role, he was the Executive Director of the National Program for Economic Diversification (Tanweea), which was initiated by the Ministry of Economy and Vision 2040. With over 17 years of experience in the energy sector, Mohammed held various leadership positions in both upstream and downstream oil and gas industries, including contributions to the Duqm Refinery Project and Duqm Petrochemical Project as the leader of technical operations. Additionally, he worked as a Project Director for the Salalah Ammonia Project and has operational experience in petrochemical and refinery operations. Mohammed earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University, as well as an MBA and Master's degree in Logistics and Operations Management from Cardiff University. He is an alumnus of the National CEO Program by IMD and Royal Academy of Management and is currently pursuing a DBA in Energy Transition at the University of Chester.

Eng. Muhannad Abdulamir Said

Muhanned Abdulamir studied engineering at Cardiff University in the UK. Upon completion with first degree honors, he joined Oman Cables Industry as a process engineer to pursue his passion in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Muhanned quickly climbed his way up the organizational hierarchy to become the youngest general manager in the company and the first Omani general manager of Production. Muhanned is an active member in the community. He voluntarily participated in Sultan Qaboos Industrial Excellence Award assessment program and in Riyada Mentorship Program. He is also a member of Program Advisory Board of The Department on Mechanical Engineering at Middle East College. Muhannad is currently the Plant Manager - Operations at Oman Cables Industry.

HE Naif Ali Al Abri

Naif Al-Abri is currently the President of Civil Aviation Authority, Oman since August 2021. Naif was the Executive Director at Oman Ground Handling and the Acting CEO of TRANSOM. He comes on board with a rich and successful 20 years of experience with different developed projects in the country. Been associated with national career Oman Air during 2003-2010, handled different roles most notably Assistant Manager Development Engineering achieved many projects with development and strategy. He moved to a different role with Oman Power and Water procurement Company (OPWP) as a project development manager since 2013, he amplified his business knowledge and enhanced strategic capabilities to handle major projects managed in a global business context. Naif Al Abri held a place of the director of Projects Development at OPWP and now is the Executive Director at Oman Ground handling. He is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace. He regularly develops and undertakes structural development projects and hence lead the team towards achieving the scope of work and project milestones on time aligned with mission and vision of the organization. Naif Al Abri received a Masters degree in Management and Leadership (MBA) from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow UK. As well as Bachelors of the engineering from the University of West England, Bristol UK and a Certificate from Nottingham University.

Mr. Raid Mohammed Saleh Al Rubaiey

Raid Al Rubaiey is an accomplished executive, distinguished by over two decades of solid leadership spanning multiple sectors, including the Aluminium, Oil & Gas, Food, Water, and Petrochemical industries. Recognized for his expertise in creating agile and lean organizations, Raid specializes in driving operational excellence, formulating strategic growth plans, and steering businesses toward long-term sustainability. At present, Raid heads Majis Industrial Service as the Managing Director, utilizing his industry experience to fuel the company's growth and secure its sustainability. Before his tenure at Majis, he led Oman Oilseeds Company as its CEO. His career is marked by an array of roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Field Engineer, each offering invaluable insights that have refined his leadership expertise. Raid's academic credentials are equally impressive, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School. Currently, he is engaged as a final year researcher in the Doctorate Business Administration (DBA) program at Coventry University. Moreover, Raid is a graduate of Oman's National CEO Program, administered by the internationally esteemed IMD Business School.

Mr. Salim Suliman Al Dhuli

HE Dr. Saoud Hamood Al Habsi

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik  issued a Royal Decree in July 2020 appointing Dr. Saud bin Hamoud bin Ahmed Al Habsi as Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries. Dr. Saud had earlier held the position of Under Secretary of Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
He brought over 20 years of management, professional and scientific experience to OADC. His vast experience spanned from governmental work at various positions within MAFW, research entity, funding and recently managing private company that was reformed to meet the main pillars of the Government economic diversification of the national economy.

Dr Saoud joined Newcastle Upon Tyne University, Newcastle-UK and was granted a PhD degree in Fisheries Resources Management. Then move to the Research Council to work as the Director of the Research Centers before joining the new established Oman Aquaculture Development Company (OADC) in 2016. His previous experience in managing fisheries resources has had a good impact at the early reforming stages of OADC.
