Badar Al Kharusi has more than twenty years of practical experience. He is currently working as a Director General of Human Resources Development Directorate.
Badar had got a Bachelor and Master degree in Education from Sultan Qaboos University. In 2011, he received his PhD in Philosophy of Education from Curtin University in Western Australia. In 2012, finished special training program on Emerging Leaders organized by Harvard University, USA.
Badar worked as a teacher and an educational researcher. He also served as a Deputy Director of the Technical Office for Studies and Development and as an Assistant Director General of the National Career Guidance Centre at the Ministry of Education. His research interests focus on education reform issues, Public Private Partnership, career guidance, and theory and practice of citizenship education. He has a number of published articles.
Badar participated in many important committees. This includes the five-year plans preparation committee for the Ministry of Education, Committee for the preparation of school education and higher education law, the main committee for educational policies at the Ministry of Education, and Oman vision 2040. Badar is also a member of the advisory council of the Faculty of Arts at Sultan Qaboos University and the University of Nizwa and Faculty of Education at the Arab Open University. At the regional level, he is an active member in the educational work through his membership in the Board of Trustees of the Arab Center for Educational Training of the Gulf States. At the international level, he worked with UNESCO as a training expert in education quality field.

Alsayyid Hamed Al-Busaidi has over 16 years of work experience. He is the Director General of Communications and Information Systems at the Diwan of Royal Court since 2013. Alsayyid Hamed is a board member at the institute of capability development, the vice chairman of the digital transformation committee, and the chairman of a committee of studying and analyzing ideas and suggestions at the Diwan of Royal Court. In addition, he is the chairman of the recruitment and selection committee at Diwan of Royal Court, board member of the advanced cyber security academy and a member of IS advisory board at Sultan Qaboos University.
Alsayyid Hamed has received a Letter of Appreciation from His Excellency Al-Sayyid Khalid Bin Hilal AL-Busaidi, Minister of Diwan of Royal Court for his PhD Studies in 2013, received a Letter of Appreciation from the Victoria University stating that he has completed his PhD studies within a shorter period of time than would normally be expected as a part-time enrolled student.
In addition, he has been awarded in 2008 a Certificate of Appreciation from the Consul General in Australia & Ministry of Higher Education in Oman in recognition of the outstanding efforts and the contribution he has made to the Omani Students Society of Victoria when he was the President of the Omani Students Society of Victoria, Australia from 2007 – 2008. In 1995 and 1996, Alsayyid Hamed earned Two Certificates of Merit, from Florida Institute of Technology, USA. He completed his PhD studies in information systems; mobile government from Melbourne, Australia, Master’s Degree in information security from UK and Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering from the USA.

Khalfan Al Sharji has almost 22 years of work experience. He joined Al Rawasi Al Shamalyia LLC as CEO in November 2020, to start new experience in the Mining Sector. Before that, he worked for the Capital Market Authority-CMA from November 2000 to September 2020. During his years in the Authority, he supervised many departments, and in November 2014 he was promoted to be the General Manager of Capital Market Institutions. His last position in the Authority was as Acting Vice President for Operations. He also held the position of Vice Chairman of the Settlement Guarantee Fund Management Committee and a member of the Omanization Committee in the Financial Sector. He also chaired a work team preparing the Authority's strategy to develop the capital and insurance market sectors in the Sultanate. Khalfan has deep experience in the field of capital markets operations, and he has written and published many specialized articles in this field, the latest of which is on the role of the capital market in promoting economic development, and he participated in the preparation of many laws and regulations. Khalfan is a first batch graduate of the National Program for Leadership and Competitiveness, University of Oxford under the supervision of the Diwan of Royal Court 2018. In addition, he has completed the Advanced Strategic Management (ASM) Certificate from Business School (IMD), Switzerland. He holds a high diploma in financial analysis from the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences, as well as a professional diploma in international capital markets regulation and compliance from the International Capital Markets Association. He also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences from Sultan Qaboos University in 2000.

Khalid has more than 24 years of comprehensive background serving both corporate and non-profit organizations in the area of Branding and Marketing Strategy, incorporating creation and implementation of his experience across Education, Telecom, IT, Tourism, and government sectors. He held leadership roles in Management, Strategy, PR, Media, International Relations and Brand Management. Khalid is an expert when it comes to negotiating contracts, developing partnerships, supporting sales, business effort, crisis management and public relations. Khalid held the position of Director General of Information and Awareness division at the Ministry of Technology and Communications (previously as Information Technology Authority) since May 2012. During the period of 2008-2012, Khalid was the Country Director for Oman at My Destination/My Guide Network; a global Travel Network Company based in the UK. Also, between 2004-2008, Khalid worked for Oman leading Telecommunications Companies (Omantel); and Oman mobile as Head of the Corporate Branding and in charge of Corporate Communications VP. While being there, Oman Mobile won the best brand in Oman in both 2006 and 2007. Khalid’s career started in 1998 at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) where he got promoted through until he became The Director of Public Relations and Information. Khalid was selected amongst 962 Omanis in the government sector to join The National Leadership & Competitiveness Program (NLCP) with 34 other highly qualified candidates. He completed the 8 months program (September 2017 – April 2018). The NLCP is a national highly specialized leadership program established by the Diwan of Royal Court with directions from His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed (may Allah rest him in the abodes of the pious and righteous in Paradise) in partnership with Saïd Business School at The University of Oxford. The program vision was to build a community of Omani government leaders with an outcome-oriented mind-set able to advance the Sultanate’s competitiveness. It aimed at enhancing the participants’ leadership skills by helping them broaden their perspectives, deepen their technical knowledge, and building their networks within government and externally with the private sector. Khalid completed his high school education from Jaber Bin Zaid School and earned a bachelor's degree from SQU in Physics with minor in Computer Science. In 2014 and 2015, he completed two Senior Executive Training Programs through George Washington University and IMD Business School in Switzerland, and the other one was in the UK at London Business School. Khalid has held a variety of memberships including being a member of the Oman 2040 Vision Communication Committee, a member of Oman Tourism Strategy 2040 and a member at The National Committee of the World Trade Organization.
