Ms. Nafisa Jaafar Mohamed Sulaiman

Nafisa possesses an over 20 years’ work experience. Since 2014, she is a Finance consultant in Ministry of Tourism- Undersecretary office. Through specialized working teams, she participated in the creation of Oman’s Tourism Strategy and in organizing and financing Tourism Industry in the country. Nafisa progressed in several roles and positions in fields such as commercial & professional entities affairs, internal audit, and the current role is a Financial expert at the Office of Her Excellency the Undersecretary- Ministry of Tourism
Throughout her career, Nafisa participated in several working teams and committees, one of the most important was the team responsible for commercial, professional, and tourism industry regulation amendments. She also participated in National Strategy for Innovation (economy diversification axis), “Tanfeedh” labs for tourism industry, and still is working and leading implementation initiatives. She also led several teams on specific tasks, which resulted in positive and successful outcomes. She represented the Government in several committees and boards, one of the most important was board membership of GCC Accounting & Auditing Organization and board membership of Oman Sail Company.

During her career, Nafisa gained various skills and experiences in many subject matters, such as company incorporation, preparation of its organizational structures, suggesting appropriate governances, providing fit-for-purpose administrative and financial procedures, build best qualities and lead, tax policies and other applicable legislations, contract engineering, negotiations and other advisory matters.
Nafisa is a graduate of The Jordanian University in Accounting/Economy, is a certified accountant (ACPA), and is a certified trainer. She successfully accomplished courses in TQM provided by the Japanese Kaizen Institute and in the corporate management and governance. Currently, Nafisa is enrolled in a DBA program in the UK. On professional angle, she participated in several professional associations in Oman.

The Hon. Nahla Abdulwahab Ahmed Al Hamdi

Nahla has over 19 years of work experience, she is current a member of the State Council, she was previously the Director General of Industry of the Directorate of Industry at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for 7 years. As a Director General, she was responsible for policy initiative, governance, and providing the thrust for the manufacturing sector in Oman. Nahla has been a key member in perpetration of various plans, policies, strategies for diversification of the manufacturing sector in Oman and GCC.

Ms. Najah Mohammed Al Rashdi

Najah has 19 years of work experience. She is the Assistant Secretary General at The Research Council (TRC) for Administration and Finance.
Najah is recognized for her persistence in achieving goals and for simply being down to earth in work and life. With her outstanding Management, Communication and Negotiating skills, Najah has proven records in different fields of expertise including Projects, Operations, Finance, budgeting, HR, Internal/External Relations, Admin, Research & studies and Audits. She is a member of the TRC’s Executive Management team and several other committees.
Previously Najah worked at the Diwan of Royal Court (DRC) between December 1998 and November 2014. She worked in various departments and held many senior positions. She started at the Finance department and eventually was involved in many infrastructure and developmental projects of the country working closely with the Muscat Municipality and other stakeholders. She gradually became the head of the DRC’s Planning and Studies department which looked into many of the Financing and investment matters of the DRC.
Najah earned a Bachelor's degree with honors from Glasgow Caledonian University, and an MBA from Lincoln University, UK in 2003, she completed a Senior Executive Programme which was held for over 10 sessions throughout 2013 by Ernst & Young, Oman, and PMP related programs. In addition to many senior training Leadership and Project Mngt. programs inside and outside of Oman.

Mr. Nasser Suleiman Al-Harthy

Sh. Nasser is currenlty the Acting Vice- President for Operations at Oman Investment Authority, he was previously the General Manager of Investments at Oman’s Ministry of Finance with wide-ranging responsibilities from developing investment strategies, measuring risk in multiple sectors and directing compliance to identifying investments in new markets and negotiating investment agreements. He has also served as Director of a variety of the Sultanate’s leading companies, including PDO, Oman Air, Oman Airport Management Company, Haya Water, Oman Housing Bank, Oman Dry-dock Company, Muriya Development Company, and Oman Trading International.
Sh. Nasser led the restructuring of the Government’s shareholding in all GOE’s through creation of Holding Companies and transfer of Government’s shareholding to the Holding company which was a big shift in the philosophy of managing SOE’s in Oman.
A graduate of Victoria University, Australia with a Master’s in Business administration, Nasser also holds a BA in Accounting from the United Arab Emirates University, Abu Dhabi. He is passionate about generating economic growth in multiple sectors and has a strong and enduring belief in the remarkable possibilities of Oman as a landscape for global investment.

Eng. Nasser Ali Al Hinai

Nasser works as the Director General of Technical Affairs responsible for executing projects like parks, markets, social housings, beautification works, roads and bridges, infrastructure development including drainage system, harbour and marine walks, rehabilitation of city after natural disasters, pedestrian bridges, slaughterhouses, fish and vegetable markets. As Head of Building Permits Department responsible for final approval of all building permits in Muscat. As Head of Geographic Information System (GIS), I lead a team of engineers in development and updating of GIS in Muscat Municipality.
Nasser is a member of a Steering Committee of Oman National Spatial Data Infrastructure (ONSDI) under the National Centre for Statistics & Information. Involved in the decision-making process to decide on ONSDI goals, strategies, policies and core activities and coordination with national policies and programmes. The Steering Committee is responsible for approving the budget and to formulate the Technical Executive Committee (TEC) representing different stakeholders.
Nasser is a member of the Joint Technical Committee under Ministry of Housing. Responsible for decision-making process to approve new plans, approval of the land use, determining heights of structures and complete planning of new townships and developments under the Ministry of Housing.
In addition, he is a member of National Programme for Enhancing Economic Diversification (Tanfeedh). Participated in discussions on the development of tourism as an alternative source of income.

Mr. Said Hamed Al Amri

Said is Acting Director General of Technical Affairs at the Tender Board and he is a qualified team leader with over eighteen years of knowledge & experience in strategic planning, operational efficiency, Team building, effective correspondence, Contracts & Project Management.
His career has led him to specialize increasingly in the management of complex projects with experience in the management of the tendering process, contract management, administration & negotiation.

Mr. Salah Salim Almasroori

Salah Al-Masroori has long practical experience in the public and private sectors, and currently holds the position of Business Development Consultant at the Al-Qalhati and Al-Masroori Advocates & legal Consultancy. Salah Al-Masroori began his short-term career at the Eastern Holding Investment Company and Housing Solidarity Bank. In 1998, he joined the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in a number of jobs, filling the post of Assistant Director-General for Administration and Finance and the post of Assistant Director-General for Planning and Follow-up. In 2014, he joined the Public Authority for Mining, charged with establishing the administrative and financial machinery of the Authority and occupying the post of Director-General for Administration and Financial Affairs until his retirement from the Government post in 2019, after which he provided a number of technical services as an expert for project management and change in the Public Authority for Mining and the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, particularly in the areas of environmental conservation, community responsibility of mining companies and empowerment of small and medium-sized enterprises in the mining sector. Salah Al-Masroori is also engaged in his own business in the areas of information technology, security systems and smart buildings. During his period of government service, Salah Al-Masroori participated in the membership of several vital committees, councils and projects, such as the Business Re-engineering Project of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Human Resources Investment Project, Oman Mining Strategy Project, the Project for the Establishment of an Electronic Mining Platform, the Project for the Control and Inspection of Mining Enterprises and the Quality Management Project, the Project for the Preparation and Drafting of the Civil Service Law, the Project for the General Census of Population, Housing and Construction in 2010 as the General Supervisor of the City of Boucher, and contributed to the writing of a number of entries in the Omani encyclopaedia, in exchange for being an activist in volunteer work and environmental conservation. Salah Al-Masroori graduated from Sultan Qaboos University in 1997 from archaeology, and got MBA degree from the University of Griffith, Australia, in 2013.

Dr. Salim Moosa Al Abri

Salim Al Abri is working as a Director General of Health Services in Al Dhahira Governorate which is a governmental organization under Ministry of Health looking after the health care services provisions to all residents in the Sultanate of Oman. This includes provision of primary, secondary and tertiary health care provided through 18 health centers and one local hospital and one regional hospital which provide services to more than 200,000 people.

Dr. Salim Amer Al Sinani

Salim has over 15 years of work experience. He is a Human Resources Development Expert in Ministry of Manpower since 2012.
Salim is a member of occupational standards development team in occupational standards and testing center also he is a member in curriculum development team in the center. He is a member in united nation for environment protection since 2014 ( UNEP). Between 2003 to 2009, he worked for Ministry of Health as a Senior Superintendent for Information System. he worked as a lecturer in Arab open university and as a trainer in some organizations. In frequent base he is a active member in each fifth years plan and he has many research paper in health and human resources fields.
Salim earned a Bachelor's degree from Sultan Qaboos University in 2002, and a Master's in Business Administration specialized in Human Resources Development in 2006. In 2013, he completed his PhD in Business Administration specialized in Human Resources Development in Malaysia. He has been awarded the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in 2015.
