About Me
Ahmed Al-Busaidi has more than 28 years of experience in government work in the field of training, development and leadership. He is currently the Director General of Studies and Development at the Consumer Protection Authority. He supervised the preparation of the authority’s strategic plan, and chaired the digital transformation committee and the change management team, such as the authority in receiving the World Summit Award. As the best mobile government application in the world.
Before joining the Consumer Protection Authority, he was the director of the main training center at the Ministry of Education, where he supervised the training of teachers, supervisors and school principals, and participated in many national and international conferences and workshops.
He holds a PhD in change management and a master's degree in leadership. He is also a graduate of the National Leadership and Competitiveness Program in cooperation with Oxford University and under the supervision of the Diwan of Royal Court. A trainer in the field of leadership and change management. He trained in many governmental and private institutions. He is the former vice president of the Arab Trainers Union. He is also an accredited training quality assessor with a published research entitled "Institutional Culture and its Impact on Change Management."
He was honored in recognition of his outstanding efforts in serving education in the Sultanate. He also received a Certificate of Excellence in Business Leadership from the Global Entrepreneurship Federation in the United States of America.
