Ayad is an accomplished executive with proven track record spans a wide range of aspects in business management, including finance, economics, corporate planning, business development and strategy. Adept at leading and motivating teams, he brings excellent communication and negotiation skills which enable effective and influential engagement across all business levels. Over the course of his career, he has worked with a wide range of private and state owned corporations in multiple countries across the Middle East (including GCC, Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Pakistan) providing leadership and oversight for the development and implementation of regional and corporate growth strategies, while ensuring the delivery of effective management processes to safeguard investments and market position. Ayad has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nottingham University and has had a career which spans roles in finance, investnments, engineering, planning, and strategy. He is currently Integration Lead - Finance, Strategy, Growth with Oman Oil Company Exploration and Production and is also deputy chairman of Abraj Energy Services SAOC. Currently working as CFO of Oman Investment Authority.
