About Me
Fatma Yousuf Al Ibrahim is the Deputy Chairperson in Dolphin International, which is a family investment company. Fatma is responsible for strategies and fund management. She has been responsible for essential inputs in the restructure of current companies under the umbrella of Dolphin International and instrumental in the strict implementation of the overall check and balances for the group. Fatma has been recognised as a goal driven leader who seeks a productive climate, a result driven achiever has the abilities to plan and implement, a problem solver and the ability to demonstrate a sensitivity and awareness to other people and cultures. She has more than 20 years of diverse experience in the investment sector locally and internationally, and has held leadership and executive positions in several companies in the private sector.. She believes that creating value is very important but the most important is delivering it to make an impact. Fatma is a graduate of the Royal Academy from the National CEO Program in cooperation with IMD (Switzerland), a graduate of the Master of Business Administration from the British University of Hull, a science of physics graduate from Sultan Qaboos University, a member of the Oman Business Forum and a founding member of Dar Al-Atta'a Association and a Co-Founder and CEO of Development and Growth of Madarek Platform of Innovation.
