Ghada Al Yousef is the Executive Manager (Corporate Communication & Sustainability) at Electricity Holding Company in Oman. In 2014, Ghada received an international acclaim from Forbes Magazine as one of the most Powerful Arab Women, and was recognised by Al Maraa magazine as “Woman of the Year”. Ghada is the Managing Director of Modern Hospitality Company which operates the first modern Omani restaurant, Ubhar, and facilities catering services. She is also involved with the family business and is a board member of Al Yousef Group; which is a diversified investment holding company with operations covering a broad spectrum of activities including financial services, oil and gas, real estate development, trading and services. Having been raised as part of a highly commercial family in Muscat, Ghada is passionate about developing small and medium enterprise development in Oman and worked very closely with budding entrepreneurs as a mentor in Riyada (Public Authority for SME Development) and continues to support Injaz Oman in her professional and personal capacities.
