Haitham is currently the CEo of Oman Flour Mills Company. During the past 17 years at ALSulaimi Group, Haitham has held a variety of leadership roles within ALSulaimi Group Holding. His exposure to international companies and international Joint Ventures has made him gain a lot of knowledge in operating on an international business platform. His direct involvement with the local business profile specially during turbulent times (the global Financial and economic crisis of 2008) has advances his problem solving skills and leadership tactics.

Haitham has the passion and vision with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the engineering and marketing sector. Exposure to business in the oil and Gas, Utilities (Water, waste water, electricity), automobile, industrial, maintenance and training. His contributions are visible in the success of all ALSulaimi Group companies.

Haitham has lead and negotiate a major disinvestment for the Group and was instrumental in concluding the same through demonstrating excellent negotiation skills. His direct interactions with local and international banks has resulted in securing several competitive financing for various projects.

Haitham Al Fannah holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, UK and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri St.Louis, USA. He has been selected as one of the 45 prominent Businessmen Personalities in Oman by “Business Today” Magazine. He has been elected as the deputy President of the Student Council in 2001/2002.
