With over 22 years of experience, she has a diverse background in P&C and L&H insurance, retail banking, investments, transformation , strategy implementation, product innovation, customer journey, marketing and branding. Career Highlights Hanaa led the successful integration of NLGIC and Al Ahlia Insurance, resulting in a 286% increase in Gross Written Premiums (GWP). This smooth integration, which did not disrupt customer service, is considered one of the most successful in the Sultanate. She leveraged this opportunity to enhance digital transformation and customer service through projects like Automated Claims Management and one-click online renewals. Educational Background and Certifications Hanaa holds a master’s degree in finance and a bachelor’s degree in Financial Risk Management from the University of Victoria, Australia. She is a graduate of Oman’s National CEO Program by IMD and the Diwan of Royal Court. She has also completed leadership programs at IMD, London Business School, and Queen's University.
