A well rounded banking professional with wide ranging experiences encompassing wealth management , investments , sales and product management , digital banking transformation , strategy implementations , retail segmentation , product innovation , customer journey and centricity , marketing and regulatory frameworks . She is also a graduate of Omans National CEO programme delivered by IMD and Diwan of Royal Court. She was also voted Most promising Woman of the year by Oman Al Mara Excellence Awards 2017. Hanaa has a Masters degree in Finance, is a Certified Islamic Banker by CIBAFI. A certified product and marketing manager, and is also a graduate of many Leadership Executive programs run by London Business School and IMD.
