Khalid is Assistant Director of Planning and Studies at the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources. Before holding this position, Khalid worked as Director of Planning and Development, Directorate-General for Planning and Studies in 2009, Head of Studies and Development, Department of Planning and Development in 2008, and appointed in the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources, Department of Planning and Development as a Statistics Specialist in 2001.
Khalid holds many certificates such as Value Engineering program, Strategic planning of Human Resources Development, The International Certificate Program: Distinguished Trainer, and more.
Khalid earned his Bachelor degree in Applied Statistics from Sultan Qabous University and his Masters in Math from Alexandria University in Egypt.
