Mr. Mulham Bin Basheer Al-Jarf with more than 25 years commercial experience in international business and finance, Mulham is Deputy President for Investment at Oman Investment Authority. He was previously Deputy CEO of Oman Oil Company SAOC and earlier with the Ministry of Oil & Gas (Now, Ministry of Energy and Minerals), Oman Gas Company SAOC, and he also worked at General Telecommunications Organization- GTO (Now, Omantel). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Marymount University and a qualified Barrister at Law of the Bar of England and Wales.
