Saleh is a leading Agribusiness professional with more than 29 years in public and private sector in the world of project development,strategic planning and execution.since graduation(1987) from Iowa State University,Ames,IA.USA,he supervised and co-lead a number of key national projects which include,inter alia, Salhalnut Dam,DG of Ag HQ,Nejd Agriculture master plan supervised and executed by JICA of Japan,the FAO-Oman reforestation program in the mountains of Dhofar. Saleh was a founding director and first chairman of Asaffa Poultry(now renamed Asaffa Foods).Asaffa was the largest integrated poultry project in Oman and was instrumental in making Oman as a leading poultry producer .Hed lead a team of Omani and international experts who made it possible to set one of the most successful food brands in region. Saleh also participated in founding the following financial and investment institutions:Gulf Finance Bank and Venture Capital Bank(as Risk Committee Chairman),Tageer Finance(as executive director) and Vice Chairman of Muscat Securities Market,(MSM).Saleh was a cofounder of the following companies:GLOBINVEST as MD,GLOBCOM as Chairman and Oaman Ceramics as EC Chairman.He did also served in the boards of the following firms:Global Mining Group,ILS logistics,Al Batinah Investment holding Co.,National Cans Co.,Asaffa Food Processing as Chairman.He also served as Chairman of Food Security Committee at Oman Chamber of Commerce.Currently Saleh leads OFIC,Oman’s leading state owned food security firm besides being the chairman of Anamma Poultry and EC Chairman of Mazoon dairy as well as Vice Chairman of AL Bashayer Meat Co.Saleh is a business coach and leading mentor,motivational public speaker and certified trainer in the fields of leadership,emotional intelligence and NLP-Business. Saleh also serves in the SQU-CAMS Advisory Board.He is a member of Oman Economic society and Oman Environmental Society.
