Yassir Al Salmani is a Finance Manager at Al Bashayer Meat S.A.O.C. He is a Qualified professional with ACCA certifications, Graduate Accountant, Executive Leadership program fellow from Texas A&M University and a member of the National CEO program, Yasir has diverse and vast exposure to Oil and Gas, waste management, and Food industries.

Yasir Started his career at Halliburton Worldwide (one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the energy industry) in 2005, was selected as a high potential employee and enrolled to five-year fast track program, where he progressed and was exposed to different Finance and Accounting Functions. After the Fast track program, he moved to Halliburton Saudi Arabia supervising financials for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain Area. In 2013 he relocated back to Halliburton Oman to oversee the financials for Oman and Yemen area. During his tenure with Halliburton Yasir received several Performance-based awards and was also selected to be part of Halliburton Business Leadership Development Program in Association with Texas A&M University.

With an aim to diversify his portfolio, Yasir joined Oman Environmental Services Holding Company in 2015 as Head of Managerial Accounting and Acting Head of Finance to oversee overall company financials, monthly reporting, and budget analysis.
