Mr. Fahmi Said Al Hinai

Mr. Faisal Mohamed Al Yousef

Faisal is the CEO of Al Yousef Group LLC (AYG). He rejoined the group after working with Ernst & Young (Chartered Accountants) in Oman and the UAE as an Audit specialist. He is a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA, UK) and also holds a BSc in Economics from SOAS (University of London), UK. He also holds an Advance Diploma in insurance from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. Faisal represents AYG on the boards of various investee companies, including Bank Dhofar, Muscat Finance, Dhofar International Development and Investment Company and Al Anwar Investments, Al Ruwad International School. He is also the Executive Director of Muscat Electronics. Throughout Faisal's career he was involved with at least two green field projects. These are today listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange. Faisal brings with him a decade of experience in banking and finance and insurance and investments. Faisal is also involved with a number of voluntary works including the Oman Tennis Association and Government Schools in Muttrah.

Mr. Fawzi Hamed Al Harasi

Mr. Fawzi Al Harrassy is the Executive Director of Teejan Group. He holds a bachelor degree in business with emphasis on Information Technology. Mr. Fawzi brings with him expertise from many prestigious positions including PDO and Microsoft. He provides oversight in the operational matters of all business units for Teejan Group. He provides leadership and direction for Teejan group while maintaining and reinforcing the corporate culture.

Mr. Hani Mohammed Al Zubair

Hani Al Zubair has extensive knowledge and experience in financial, investment and business management areas. In addition to his role in The Zubair Corporation, he is a member of several Boards, including Oman Arab Bank, National Training Fund and Oman Switzerland Friendship Association. He holds the position of Chairman of Fund for the Development of Youth Projects (Sharakah), and Vice-Chairman of both the National Finance Company and the National College of Automotive Technology. He is also a Member of the Advisory Committee for the National CEO Program. He previously held the position of Chairman at OMINVEST and served on the Boards of Commercial Bank of Oman, Muscat Finance Company and FINCORP. He was nominated by the Government to represent the Private Sector on the Boards of Government-owned Hotels. He represented the Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry as a member of the team for meetings of the Indian Ocean Rim – Association for Regional Co-operation, and also served on the regional board of the Young Arab Leaders. Hani holds Bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Richmond University, UK. He is also a keen sportsman

After obtaining my mechanical engineer degree from Nottingham University in 2010 I joined BP as a drilling engineer and continued there up until I joined the family business which was very diverse. I then obtained an MBA from Strathclyde University and later on completed my doctoral degree (DBA) from Cranfield University. The family business is focused in construction, drilling contracting for oil operators and F&B.
