I am thinker and an entrepreneur focused on sustainable innovation. I hold an MBA in from the UK and a BA in Political Science from the U.S., with 18 years of practical experience in inspiring people & institutions to leave a positive legacy. I lead the efforts of over 100 member teams to implement strategic programs that provided thousands of jobs and achieved a high added value to the national economy of hundreds of millions of dollars, as Deputy then Acting CEO of the RIYADA formerly. In 2018, I founded my own company, Impact, which specializes in consulting on ways to contribute to the creation of economic opportunities through Artificial Intelligence-AI. As an entrepreneur, I helped establish and lead the first local private Think-&-Do -Tank that focused on the knowledge economy that enhances the capacities of civil society institutions and leaders. The programs were carried out by the Think-&-Do -Tank – Tawasul Company, which exceeded 70 award winning projects benefiting more than 10,000 participants and an investment value of RO 250,000. Therefore, I was honored to be invited as a keynote speaker before several heads of states and business leaders during official delegation visits. During my work in international relations as the economic and political advisor at the US State Department, I participated actively in the success of the FTA negotiations. I also worked as a social investment manager at BP whose investments in the Sultanate exceed US $ 16 billion. In addition I worked as the Country Director for Silatech. enjoyed the learning experience as a lecturer at Majan University College affiliated with UoB n in UK. Based on the competences gained from these leading programs: The National Program for Leadership and Competitiveness, managed by the University of Oxford under the supervision of the Royal Court Diwan and the Director of the Catalyst Job Creation initiative, and successfully completed the Disruptive Strategy courses at Harvard University & INSEAD, I was able to be one of the role models that inspired many young leaders in the region. My views were published in local media outlets in addition to Economist, Le Monde, El Pais, Der Spiegel among others. I speak fluent Spanish, French, English & Arabic.
