Sh. Bader Abdullah Ahmed Al Hinai

Bader al Hinai is Chief Media and Communications at Oman Investment Authority. Prior to that he established the Center for Government Communications at the General Secretariat to the Cabinet in 2017, including planning, structuring, scope, foundation projects, and HR planning. He headed the center as Director General of Government Communications. Bader is holding a Master's degree of Science in Brand Leadership from University of East Anglia, UK. He was a cohort member in the National Collaborative Leadership Program at the Royal Academy of Management, and a member of Forbes Communications Council. Previously, Bader's career grew in multiple private sector companies as he started his career at Omran as a Marketing Assistant, then as an Arabic Copywriter and a Creative Supervisor at National Publishing and Advertising, then Arabic Media Manager and Digital Communications Manager at Oman Sail. After that he was appointed as Social Media Manager at Omantel. His roles varied to cover different disciplines like communications, public policy, marketing, branding, advertising, and events. Dr. Lamya Harub Al Kharusi Harub

Dr. Lamya Harub Al Kharusi is a distinguished Omani expert specialising in diplomatic relations, political economy, strategic planning, and policies related to economics and energy security. With over seventeen years of practical experience spanning both the public and private sectors, she was selected as a member of the prestigious National Collaborative Leadership Program in 2020. Academically, Lamya holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from California State University, Long Beach, a Master's degree in Political Philosophy (Middle Eastern and Asian Languages & Cultures) from Columbia University in New York, and a Ph.D. in Political Economy of Energy Security from the esteemed War Studies Department at King's College London. Dr. Lamya's distinguished career includes her tenure at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2008 to 2018, during which she engaged in numerous high-level bilateral and multilateral consultations involving more than 20 countries. Her portfolio also boasts management and oversight of several critical strategic national projects, such as the "Jewel of Muscat" project and the "Muscat Street" project in Singapore.
