AbdulRazak has over 40 years of experience in the banking sector, including through his role as CEO of Bank Muscat since 1994. He is the Chairman of the Oman Bankers Association, board member of The Public Authority for Investment Promotion & Export Development (Ithraa), a member of the Asian Bankers Association, a member of the Advisory Council of the World Union of Arab Banks. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Authority of Oman and a member of the Foundation Board of IMD (Lausanne).

Ahmed Saleh Baabood is an Omani national who is a graduate in Business Administration & Finance and holds a Masters in Economic and Social Studies. Ahmed is an active Member of the Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry, where he heads up the Investment & Promotions Committee for the Chamber. Ahmed has been involved in the Exhibitions and Event Industry for the past 22 years. He is the first elected 1st Vice Chairman for the Middle East & Africa region and Board Member of the Union des Foires International (UFI) and currently is the vice chairman of the International Association of Exhibitions & Events (IAEE). In 2005 he was awarded the Oman’s Entrepreneur of the Year award, which was the first of its kind to be given to the Exhibitions Industry. Ahmed, manages and sits on the board of several companies in Oman and the Gulf. Currently he is the Executive Chairman Musact Expo. He is also involved with several companies within the IT & Telecoms sector, electrical trading and electro mechanical projects in the Gulf and is a Board Member of Baabood LLC, Apex International Technologies & Projects LLC

Dr. Rawas is the Chief Executive Officer of Tasneea Oil & Gas Technology Group. Prior to his current post, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Oman Telecommunications Company (OmanTel) and earlier was the Managing Director of Oman Mobile Telecommunications Company (Oman Mobile). Before his joining the Telecom Sector, Dr. Rawas served in various academic and leadership positions at the Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) the flagship university in Oman. His last assignment was the Dean of Educational Services. Earlier to that he was the Director of the Center for Information System where he led the transformation of the role of ICT in the university. Dr. Amer Al Rawas is the current Chairman of MELA (Middle East Leadership Academy), a non-government leadership community serving the whole of Middle East providing leadership, training, networking, and inspiring the young leaders across the Middle East. Dr. Rawas is still serving in various educational and technological policy forums in the Sultanate and the region, these include: • Chairman of Middle East Leadership Academy • Chairman of Oman Society for Petroleum Services • Member of the Education Council. • Member of Oman Academic Accreditation Authority.

Areej Mohsin Darwish is the Chairperson of ACERE cluster of Mohsin Haider Darwish LLC. Having joined the company 27 years ago she has been playing a key role in MHD business operations. She spearheads the Automotive, Construction Equipment, and Renewable Energy (ACERE) division of the family business. She graduated from Sultan Qaboos University with a Bachelor in Computer Science and started her career with Petroleum Development Oman. She joined the family business in 1994. She leads the organization to develop better practices and aims to carry the family legacy to greater heights. Her business acumen & astuteness in the business arena is well recognized & she represents at the Board of public & private sector organization.
