Ms. Azhaar Mohammed Al Barwani

Azhar has lead the development and execution of the Ministry of Oil and Gas In Country Value Program for Daleel Petroleum for six years. Her responsibilities spanned the entire framework, from governance, strategy, stakeholder management to training, fund management and participating in task teams for the vendor development and economic modelling. Prior to that, Azhar has early stints in banking and insurance followed by over 25 years of post-graduation experience in the sector by initially joining Petroleum Development of Oman to become a seasoned Supply Chain Management professional. Her varied exposure later included positions such as Corporate Planner &Business Development executive in Oman Oil Marketing Company and managing director at Global Management Services. These saw her holding responsibilities in corporate governance and framework design, risk audit, business development, and acting procurement manager. On the qualifications spectrum, Azhar has an MBA and B.Sc in Finance degrees from Sultan Qaboos University, and is a Certified International Procurement Manager [CIPM]& Sourcing Manager.

Eng. Baha Mohammed Rida Al-Lawati

Baha Allawati is a Vice President of Business Unit looking after International Wholesale services for Oman Telecommunications Company (Omantel. He is also the Director at Al Hassan Engineering Co. He previously held a Sr. Manager position of National and International accounts where he managed the relationship with the various national and International operators and carriers and licensed operators in Oman, and more than 800 operators worldwide.

Baha also served as a Sr. Project Manager for Omantel where he program managed a portfolio of multimillion dollars Telecom and IT projects from Mobile to SDH/DWDM and fiber optic cable deployment. Prior to joining Omantel, he spent more than 4 years with Iris Wireless – USA in positions of Assistant Project Manager where he deployed SMS and MMS interworking solutions as well as being a Sr. Network and Security Engineer in managing and deploying the entire network infrastructure for Iris Wireless and its Global Messaging node. During his studies in the USA, he network consulted along with Andrew W Dozier & Associates and assisted into implementing telecom solutions for Banks, SOHOs and small clinics, while contributed into building a Telecom network laboratory and project outline for Vanderbilt University. Mr. Allawati has more than 18 years of experience in the IT and Telecom sector, holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with the emphasis on Telecom and IT and a Minor in Math from Vanderbilt University - USA, Master’s degree in Networking Security from Vanderbilt University – USA and a Master’s Certificate degree in Project management from George Washington University.

Baha has completed A high Value manager program from Manchester Business School. Baha served as the chairman of Wholesale committee of SAMENA Telecommunications, and mentored various students and entrepreneurs thru Injaz and SME mentorship programs.

Eng. Fahad Nasser Ali Al Harthy

Mr. Faleh Mohammed Al Abri

Ms. Fatma Yousuf Al Ibrahim

Fatma Yousuf Al Ibrahim is the Deputy Chairperson in Dolphin International, which is a family investment company. Fatma is responsible for strategies and fund management. She has been responsible for essential inputs in the restructure of current companies under the umbrella of Dolphin International and instrumental in the strict implementation of the overall check and balances for the group. Mr. Haitham Mohammed Al Fanna

Haitham is currently the CEo of Oman Flour Mills Company. During the past 17 years at ALSulaimi Group, Haitham has held a variety of leadership roles within ALSulaimi Group Holding. His exposure to international companies and international Joint Ventures has made him gain a lot of knowledge in operating on an international business platform. Haitham Al Fannah holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, UK and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri St.Louis, USA. He has been selected as one of the 45 prominent Businessmen Personalities in Oman by “Business Today” Magazine. He has been elected as the deputy President of the Student Council in 2001/2002.

Mr. Haitham Shakhbout Al Saadi

Haitham commenced his career at Oman LNG in 2005 as part of the finance graduate development programme. During the two year programme, he covered all aspects of the finance functions (Financial Accounting, Strategic Finance, Treasury & supply chain). Upon completion of the programme, he joined Ooredoo as a senior cost analyst, before moving to Oman Shipping Company where he worked as an Account Manager, progressing over the years to become the Deputy CFO. After which, Haitham joined Oman Air (the National Carrier of Oman) within the Finance department and was tasked to transform the department to suit the companies new strategic direction. He was recently selected for the National CEO Programme which is sponsored by the Government of Oman. By participating in such a prestigious and elite programme it has further enabled Haitham to develop his knowledge and skills along with providing a platform to exhibit his capabilities which further contribute to developing the national economy of Oman. Haitham currently hold the CFO position with Oman Flour Mills S.A.O.G.He is also a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Mr. Hamed Sloom Al Athobi

Hamed Al Athobi is top Finance professional, having almost 24 years of experience in government group company with multi billion worth investments in oil and gas and energy related sectors. He currently holds the position of Director of Planning with Oman Oil Company SAOC (OOC).

Before having this post, Hamed has held various management positions as well with OOC - Deputy Chief Financial Officer (2011 to August 2016), Finance Manager (2006 to 2008), Business Development Manager (2009 to 2010) and Head of Economics and Business Research (2010 to 2011). Before joining OOC in 2003, he has also worked in various management positions at the Ministry of Housing, Electricity & Water for seven (7) years. In addition to his role as Director, he is a Board member in some of OOC group companies such as Oman India Fertilizer Company (OMIFCO) and Duqm Refinery. He was also previously a former Board Member of Salalah Methanol Company (SMC); Oman International Petrochemical Industries Co. (OMPET); Compania Logistica De Hidrocarburos (CLH) and GS EPS in South Korea.

Hamed is also a Chairman of the Audit Committee and a Board Member of several Governmental institutions, which are Al Ghubrah Power & Desalination Company, Wadi Al Jizzi Power Company and PAK Oman Investment and previously a Board Member of Dhofar Generating Company.

Hamed holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Strathclyde University, UK and a Professional Diploma in Accountancy from the Association of Accounting Technicians. He also did an Internship Program in Project Finance in UK, at Citibank and Societe Generale.

Ms. Hanaa Fahad Al Hinai

Ms. Hanaa Mohammed Al Kharusi

Hanaa Al Kharusi is the General Manager Corporate Banking at Ahlibank Oman. Al Kharusi Heads the Large Corporate Banking Division unit of the bank made up of Team Leaders, Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts and support staff. A seasoned Corporate Banker, Hanaa has more than 16 years of work experience in Relationship Management and leading high performance business teams. Hanaa currently is responsible for a portfolio of over US$ 2 Billion and is actively involved in cross border activity with the operating countries of the Ahli United Group which Ahlibank Oman is an Associate of. As a member of the Ahlibank executive management team, Hanaa plays a roll in strategic planning, corporate marketing, liability sales, customer service and electronic banking. She also holds the position of Chairperson of the MT committee, which oversees a program launched in 2014 by the Bank to recruit high potential Omani university graduates to create the future leaders of Ahlibank. Before joining Ahlibank SAOG, Hanaa held the position of Unit Head - Large Corporates at the National Bank of Oman where she joined as a management trainee and spent 13 years of her career. Mr. Hisham Najeeb Al Zbidi

Hisham Al Zubaidi is the Chief Commercial Officer at the Global Omani Development & Investment Co. S.A.O.C (GLOREI). Al Zubaidi is responsible for the Commercial, Investments, and Operations units of the company developments. Al Zubaidi is also a board member at both Muttawar Omani Company SAOC, and the Omani Integrated Logistics Company SAOC.
